If you plan to pay cash or your insurance is not accepted, the initial appointment, including intake is currently $250.  Follow up visits are $200.

We are currently going through the process of applying to all major insurance providers, and you would be best to call us and we can give you the current status of your provider.  Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, WellCare, UHC, Oxford, MassHealth, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, ConnectiCare, Medicare and Medicaid setup has already been completed. If insurance is not accepted, the initial intake appointment is $250.  Follow up visits are $200.

Appointments are scheduled in advance, and our booking windows are M-F  8a-7p (or) Sat.  7a-1p. You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, and utilize the time to transition yourself out of daily distractions and focus on yourself. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as you can. Appointments delays greater than 15 minutes may require a reschedule.
We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations and/or scheduling changes. We understand that unexpected serious situations may occur, and ask for as much notice as possible. Any appointments without 24 hours notice will be billed at our discretion.

At this time we have clinicians fluent in English, and Spanish. A translator is available if needed. We have also worked with translators in the past or have been able to refer people to counselors or psychiatrists who speak their native language.

We have three offices: East Hartford, CT is our main office, and Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Wethersfield, Longmeadow MA, are additional offices where you may schedule appointments.
